Overview

Colette is a visual website concept for a photo and video production company focused on high-end fashion and lifestyle brands. The website needed to feel premium, editorial, and confident while making the brand’s work, services, and positioning easy to understand. The site presents the company as a Paris-based production studio working with fashion and lifestyle brands globally.

The Challenge

The main goal was to design a website that did not feel like a normal agency landing page. Since the brand operates in a visual industry, the site needed to immediately communicate taste, art direction, and creative quality.

The challenge was to balance strong visuals with clear structure so potential clients could quickly understand the brand, view selected work, explore services, and start a project.

My Approach

I designed the website with a strong editorial direction, using large visuals, minimal typography, structured spacing, and a luxury-inspired layout. The homepage highlights featured collections, case-study-style project sections, and clear navigation links for Work, Services, About, and Start a project.

I also structured the service section to make the offer easy to scan, covering key production services like campaign production, video production, creative production, content strategy, post production, talent management, and set direction.

Design Decisions

The visual direction was built around a premium fashion-studio feel: clean spacing, confident typography, image-led storytelling, and a layout that gives each project room to breathe.

Instead of overwhelming visitors with too much copy, the site uses a focused structure: brand introduction, selected work, service breakdown, about section, and project CTA. This helps potential clients quickly understand what the studio does and why they should trust them.

Result

The final website presents the brand as polished, creative, and high-end. It gives clients a strong first impression, shows the company’s creative direction clearly, and makes the services easier to understand.

This project shows my ability to design and build websites that are not only visually attractive, but also structured for positioning, trust, and client conversion.
