LingualAI — AI Language Learning Mobile App

LingualAI is a mobile app concept designed to make language learning feel easier, smarter, and more personal. The goal was to create an AI-powered learning experience that helps users practice, track progress, and stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed.

The Problem

Most language learning apps can feel too packed, repetitive, or difficult to stay consistent with. Users need a learning experience that is simple to start, easy to understand, and motivating enough to return to daily.

My Approach

I focused on designing a clean and friendly mobile experience with a clear user journey. The main goal was to reduce friction from the first screen, make the app feel modern, and help users understand what to do next without confusion.

My process included:

• Creating a simple onboarding flow

• Designing clean mobile screens in Figma

• Building a visual system that feels modern and approachable

• Structuring the app around learning, practice, and progress

• Making the interface easy to scan and use on mobile

The Solution

The final design presents LingualAI as a polished AI language learning product with a smooth mobile experience. The interface uses clear layouts, soft visuals, and focused sections so users can move through the app without feeling lost.

The design balances function and emotion: it feels useful, but also friendly enough for daily learning.

Key Design Decisions

I kept the UI simple because learning apps need clarity more than complexity. The screens were designed to help users quickly understand their progress, continue lessons, and interact with AI features without the product feeling too technical.

Outcome

This project shows my ability to design a full mobile product experience, not just individual screens. It highlights my understanding of user flow, visual hierarchy, UI consistency, and how to turn a product idea into a clean interface that feels ready for real users.
